a lifestyle of thanksgiving
often, when we talk about thankfulness — we talk about being thankful for what we already have.⠀
we talk about how we’re thankful for our jobs, our clients, or a new opportunity. we share how we are thankful for our family, our friends, and the homes that we live in.
but, while we are thankful for what we have — i can guarantee that in the back of your mind there’s something else that you’re still hoping for.
maybe it’s a better job, an expansion of influence, a surge of new clients or sales, a community to call your own. or maybe you’re believing for a new house, a new car, or to make more money.
whatever it is — you have your eyes, heart, and mind on something that you’re hoping will one day be yours.
i want to challenge us TO BE ACTIVELY THANKFUL FOR THE THINGS WE ARE STILL BELIEVING FOR — not letting our thankfulness end at what we already have.
you see, when you are actively thankful for the things that you are believing for — you are stepping out in faith and CLAIMING IT AS YOURS before you ever receive it. taking ownership of the thing that you are thankful for — just as if it were already in your possession.
when we begin living in a posture of thanksgiving, we become magnet to the things that we’re believing for, wishing for, and hoping for.
our thankfulness produces an invisible magnetic field that brings us + our dreams together for a beautiful collision — building passage ways through impossible mountains, clearing paths through rugged roads, and building bridges that will take us from where we are to where we want to go.
so, what are you believing for? what are you hoping to see happen? what are you hoping to own?

then, start expressing your thankfulness, ⠀
claiming what you’re believing for as yours.
let’s actively choose to live a lifestyle of thanksgiving. and, trust that our thankfulness will pave the way for the miraculous to happen.
