it starts at surrender
loosen your grip — on worry, on doubt, on fear.
untie yourself from the repugnant emotions of disappointment.
surrender.
because, the weight of these emotions are crushing you.
they’re doing nothing for you, but robbing you of peace, joy, and hope—the very elements that will fuel your faith and empower you to break past the limitations you face.
so, while it may feel unnatural to abandon the negative emotions and leave them where they are, do it.
choose to enter into a posture of surrender—not holding onto what happened in the past, but receiving the freedom that awaits you.
to get to the beauty that is up ahead, you need to release what is no longer serving you and lighten your load. so that you have the perseverance to continue the journey with strength and honor; and can expend your energy in the right ways—on things, ideas, and relationships that will empower you to rise, instead of pulling you down, drowning you in the past.
so, today, surrender—
let your heartbeat find its even pace.
and, give your entire being — spirit, mind, and body—the opportunity to relax, no longer being weighted down, crushed, and working overtime to function.
you deserve a life wilder than your imagination, but, it all starts at surrender.
realizing that the Goodness of Life is never far, and will always step in—bringing peace and restarting. and, giving you hope for the future.
so, ease into it, right here—start loosening your grip and untying yourself so that you can walk freely into the future crowned with peace, hope, and love.
